The circuit board took a little longer to arrive than was stated but in fairness, shipping stayed estimated time and it was free so not really complaining about that. The circuit board was well packaged and came with instructions on how to handle and install it. Overall, I am well pleased with Appliance Pro USA. This was the first time I used them and I would use them again.
I was able to make an appointment for the next day, which was a big relief. The technician arrived promptly and was professional and fast. He fixed my fridge in a short time and explained to me what he was doing. Overall a great experience.
