All expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of carrier delays or a reported defective product.

Since we are not performing the installation ourselves, we are unable to verify how the part is installed or whether other underlying issues in the appliance may affect performance. However, every board we ship is inspected before it leaves our facility.

If you believe the part you received is defective, you can request a replacement. Once approved, all reshipments for defective claims are sent via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge.

Every appliance control board has a sticker (typically white, blue, or pink) that shows the full part number. Searching by this number ensures an exact match and helps avoid costly delays or returns.

If you're unsure or can't find it, you can send us a photo of your board and we’ll help you identify the correct part.

This sticker is usually printed with a long alphanumeric code—that’s your part number. It’s the most reliable way to ensure compatibility when ordering a replacement.
