What's your return policy?
30-day returns on all boards. Unopened items ship back at no cost to you. Opened or installed items are subject to a restocking and retest fee — but we waive that fee if you exchange for a different part instead of returning outright.
Is same-day shipping really same-day?
Yes — orders placed before 4 PM MT ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
What if the board doesn't fix my appliance?
Reach out first — we can often help you troubleshoot before you send it back. Head to our contact page and tell us what's going on. Include a photo of the original board from your unit and the model number from the appliance sticker, and our team will help you get to the root cause. If it turns out you need a different part, we'll help you find it. If a return is the right move, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
