Enrollment is free. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

2. Pricing & Benefits

Program pricing, discount levels, shipping benefits, and all other member benefits are determined at the sole discretion of Appliance Pro USA and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Benefits described on this page represent current offerings and are not guaranteed for any specific duration. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any benefit, discount tier, or program feature at any time. Member pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the approved account. Sharing account access or pricing information with non-members may result in immediate revocation of membership.

3. Orders & Standard Terms

All orders placed through the Program are subject to Appliance Pro USA's standard Terms of Service, Return Policy, and warranty terms. Professional pricing does not alter warranty coverage, return eligibility, or product quality. Products are subject to availability. Continued use of the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Program is provided "as is." Appliance Pro USA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including but not limited to continued availability of specific pricing, benefits, or products. Our liability related to the Program shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
